To suit an underside of headboard height of up to 2500. Suitable for use as a loft ladder and also in installation to vertical walls. The retractable ladder is fixed to a 600 x 200mm plywood back board, which is simply screwed to an appropriate surface in the location required.

An adjustable counterbalance spring is incorporated into the pivot bracket to ensure that the stairway can be raised a lowered smoothly with minimum effort. Requires a minimum aperture size of 600 x 700mm.
Note: Add 50mm to allow for frame thickness when used with a ceiling access panel. Minimum structural opening would then be 650 x 750mm.
