DENSO PRIMER D 25 LITERS

Denso Primer D is a specialised primer designed for use with the Denso pipe-wrapping tapes.

Composition: Fast-drying bitumen solution Uses Denso Primer D is a fast-drying primer that maintains surface cleanliness of the pipe prior to tape application.

Characteristics Denso Primer D:

• improves cathodic disbondment resistance
• dries rapidly even in cool conditions.

Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from rust, scale and non-adherent coatings. Preferably, the area will be grit blasted or well wire brushed.

Application : Apply Denso Primer D evenly over the surface at a wet film thickness (WFT) of 90-110µm. Recommended dry film thickness (DFT) is 40-60 µm. Denso Primer D can be applied at temperatures between 0°C and 55°C.
