DENSOPOL 60 HT TAPE 4″ X 10 MTRS

A tough cold applied laminate tape for use in tropical climates. The combination of pvc backing and fabric reinforced polymer bitumen compound makes it particularly resistant to damage by poor backfill. Used for the protection of buried or submarine pipes, welded joints, bends and fittings. It is suitable for application by hand or machine on small to medium diameter pipes.

Composition: Synthetic fibre fabric impregnated and coated with polymer modified bitumen compound laminated to pvc sheeting. The compound surface is protected by a plastics film interleaving which is discarded during application.

Uses: To protect buried or immersed pipes and fittings from corrosion. The tape can be applied to weld joints, bends, bare pipe and pipe fittings by machine or hand.
